One of the highlights of my career was being able to visit the main hub of UPS’ operations outside of Atlanta. What an impressive organization. But certainly one with marketing challenges. The main one: if all you are about is getting a package from A to B, then you are forever locked into talking about speed and price. We wanted to elevate the discussion into something more interesting, vital and therefore more valuable to UPS’ business clients: logistics.
This spot ran during March Madness.
During the Olympics in Great Britain, we wanted to cement the importance of logistics.
We also created a ton of content to help flesh out how important logistics are to any business. This is one of my favorites, as we were able to visit the Martin Guitar factory.
